The service
DATAIAO offers an artificial-intelligence assistant specialised in cars, tools for guidance on diagnosis, comparison and modification planning, and a virtual garage for your vehicles.
Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or breach these terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to tamper with odometers, to defeat emissions or safety systems, or for any activity that puts people at risk.
- Do not try to bypass usage limits, access other users' data or automate access without authorisation.
- Only upload content you have the rights to.
AI answers
Answers are for guidance and may contain errors. A remote diagnosis is not a certainty. They do not replace a professional or the manufacturer's documentation. Modifications may affect the vehicle's type approval, roadworthiness test, warranty or insurance: check before carrying them out.
Plans and payments
The Free plan is free of charge and has usage limits. Paid plans, when available, are billed as a recurring subscription through Stripe at the price shown at the time of purchase, and can be cancelled at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. If you are a consumer, you have the rights granted by law, including the right of withdrawal under the legal terms.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you upload. You authorise us to process it solely to provide the service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DATAIAO is not liable for damage arising from decisions made on the basis of information generated by the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we will notify you by email or within the service.
