Withdraw from the contract

If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase to withdraw from a contract made on DATAIAO without giving any reason. Fill in this form: in the next step you will see a summary and confirm it.

How it works

When you confirm, we store your request with its date and time and immediately email you an acknowledgement of receipt.
Subscriptions: if you asked for the service to start straight away, we refund what you paid minus the proportional part of the service provided until today, and the subscription is cancelled. During a free trial there is nothing to pay.
Query packs and the report for selling: if, when paying, you agreed to receive them straight away and thereby lose the right of withdrawal, you can no longer withdraw once they have been delivered. You can still send the request and we will review it.
Where applicable, the refund is made using the same means of payment, without undue delay and within 14 calendar days at the latest.
