Codes starting with C belong to the chassis: anti-lock brakes (ABS), stability and traction control, suspension and steering.
With an ABS or stability control fault, the normal brakes keep working, but without those aids. Leave a greater safety distance and have it checked. If the brake warning light is red, stop as soon as it is safe.
A common cause of these codes is a dirty wheel speed sensor or one with a damaged cable, which can be inspected visually.
